One of the Directors of the company has extensive experience in procurement, having participated in the drafting the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2003, of Republic of Botswana and the Republic of Uganda. Therefore, KJLA-FSL is able to offer an effective procurement services to its clients, thereby minimizing risks associated with complex procurement undertakings.

The scope of works comprises obtaining client's requirements, specifications, resources needs, preparation of tendering documents, contract documents and evaluations to recommendations of best evaluated bidders.
